Ecosystem
One architecture, two entities
A for-profit company and a non-profit foundation, working side by side inside one shared architecture. Neither owns the other, and which one you are dealing with changes what you are entitled to expect.
Get in touchThe architecture
IOTA Field
The shared field itself — the framework that connects the commercial, social, research, application, data and real-asset parts of the ecosystem, and in time its tokens. It is not a company and it does not hold contracts. It is the structure the parts below operate inside.
The for-profit entity
IOTA Sustainable Developers Canada
The commercial and operating arm. Professional services, commercial contracts, technology development, revenue-generating projects, project companies, investment, real-world assets, and — later — tokenisation. An engagement bought through this site is an engagement with this entity.
The non-profit entity
NODA Social Impact Foundation
An independent foundation, not a subsidiary. Community, membership, volunteering, events, education, grants, social governance and impact measurement. It is the human and social face of the ecosystem, and it is where the people come from — it is not a client of the commercial work.

Atlas
Longer-horizon work on how contribution is valued and how communities organise economically, including the value and tokenisation architecture. Published where it is ready to be read.
