Website & Community Terms

“Platform” — the NODA website (noda.community), applications, and related services operated by NODA.

“Level” — one of the nine public access levels described on the Levels pages, each with its own eligibility, benefits, and boundaries.

“Member” — a verified individual admitted to a registered level of the Platform.

“Contributor” — a Member who provides documented time, knowledge, delivery, or community support to Platform projects.

“Node” — a verified person, organization, or specialist team recognized to operate as a distinct node, with an approved mandate.

“Community Fund” — the fund receiving a fixed, published share of project profits, used for community benefit.

“Application” — a request submitted through the Platform to enter or progress to a level.

“Future Modules” — functions that are described on the Platform but not active in Version 1 — including wallet, bilateral credit, tokenized contribution, and RWA-related functions.

The public community layer (Level 1) is open to everyone, subject to community rules. Registered levels require an application, accurate personal information, and acceptance of these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a registered level.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Higher levels involve additional verification — of identity, capability, or organization — as described on each level's page and as those modules open.

Access to content and functions follows your level. Each level's eligibility, benefits, and boundaries are published on its page and form part of these Terms.

Progression between levels follows documented participation and review — it is not for sale. NODA may adjust a participant's level where eligibility is no longer met, following the dispute process in Section 9 where applicable.

Some levels are marked as pilot or future controlled modules. Their functions may be limited, staged, or not yet active, and their availability is not guaranteed by these Terms.

Version 1 of the Platform deploys no custody or money-transfer functions. Any internal credits or participation records are exactly that — records of participation. They are not securities, currency, deposits, guaranteed value, or ownership of any kind, and nothing on the Platform should be read as representing them as such.

Wallet, bilateral credit, tokenized contribution, and RWA-related functions become active only after the required legal architecture, identity controls, privacy design, security audit, and governance approvals are complete. Until then they are displayed as future controlled modules only, and no rights to them arise from these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and to keep it updated. Anonymous participation is not permitted beyond the open community layer.

You agree not to manipulate the referral system, participation records, or applications, and not to access or attempt to access content beyond your level's boundaries.

NODA may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent identity, or harm the community, following the dispute process in Section 9 where applicable.

Nodes must deliver services as listed: descriptions, prices, and deliverables published on the Platform are binding commitments. Service descriptions must be accurate and kept current.

Nodes set their own prices, terms, and referral percentages, and may change them for future transactions at any time — but never retroactively. Nodes accept the automatic referral payout at the percentage they have published.

The referral program is single-layer only: one referral reward per transaction, paid to the Member who made the introduction. There are no chains, tiers, or downlines of any kind.

The buyer registers the referral at the time of purchase. Referral rewards are only paid to verified Members and cannot be claimed retroactively after a transaction completes.

The following result in account action and, where relevant, referral to authorities:

identity fraud or misrepresentation of who you are; manipulation of participation records or applications; multi-level marketing or pyramid-style recruitment schemes; misrepresentation of services, qualifications, or project economics; circumventing the Platform to avoid its published transaction model while using its trust infrastructure; and any attempt to operate wallet, token, or RWA-style functions on the Platform without governance approval.

Disputes follow the three-level process described in the Governance framework: platform mediation (5 business days), Node Council review (10 business days), and finally independent arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any proceedings not resolved by the process above take place in the courts of British Columbia.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Platform, as described in the Privacy Notice. Your data is never sold, and never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

We may update these Terms as the Platform develops. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to registered users and by notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
