Venture, Project & Portfolio Readiness Review
Organizations and asset owners often accumulate projects, ventures, assets and partnership opportunities without a consistent decision framework. Information is fragmented, priorities compete, and important questions about evidence, governance, capacity, capital, risk and execution readiness remain unresolved. This makes it difficult to decide what should proceed, be validated, be redesigned, be paused or be stopped

What it does not include
This engagement does not provide investment, securities, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, valuation, audit or other regulated professional advice. It does not include recommendations to buy or sell specific securities or digital assets, discretionary portfolio management, formal due diligence opinions, engineering certification, fundraising, capital placement, negotiation, transaction execution or guaranteed outcomes. Specialist assessments and detailed implementation require separately defined scopes and appropriately qualified professionals. Taxes and third-party expenses may be additional. Starting prices are indicative and depend on scope, urgency, evidence quality, travel, partner involvement and regulatory requirements; a written proposal or statement of work confirms scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, exclusions and payment terms before work begins. IOTA Field does not present this as a regulated legal, accounting, tax, securities, investment-management, engineering-signing or assurance service; where a regulated or licensed service is required the engagement must involve an appropriately qualified and authorised professional.
